Humans are not only in a war in the Overworld against the infections, many Angels got corrupted by the infections and have become Demons. While you pick a side to either fight or remain peaceful, a whole new conflict is just starting.
The Dark Disease spreads over the course of 20 minutes. After the Dark Disease reaches 100%, you will become a Vampire! To cure yourself, you need to go to or build a Light Altar and perform the Purification Ritual. Waiting until you become a Vampire will store your levels and restore them if you ever transform back into a Vampire.
The Canine Infection spreads over the course of 20 minutes. After the Canine Infection reaches 100%, you will become a Werewolf depending on the method you were infected. To cure yourself, you need to drink a Cure Potion. Waiting until you become a Werewolf will store your levels and restore them if you ever transform back into a Werewolf.
Unity City has a Light Altar at the church. To go there, you can warp with /warp Church
.
The Light Altar can be any shape as long as all the blocks are within 16 Blocks of the core block: Lapis Lazuli Block. Right-click an incomplete Light Altar on the core block will list the building materials you need:
30 Glowstone Blocks
2 Diamond Blocks
5 Dandelions
5 Poppies
Right-clicking a completed Light Altar on its core block while fully healthy will give you the message:

To perform the Purification Ritual, you need the following items in your inventory:
1 Water Bucket
1 Diamond
20 Sugar
20 Wheat
Once you have that, right-click the Lapis Lazuli Block and it will consume those items and cure you of your infection. This also turns Vampires into Humans again.
Cure Potions do not affect any other race except infected Humans and Werewolves.

Unshaped Recipes like the Cure Potion can be put in any order in the Crafting Table and it will still succeed.
Reputation is the equivalent of Human levels. A Human gets more Reputation when killing Supernatural creatures. Each Supernatural Player gives 5 Reputation per kill, while each Supernatural mob gives 1 Reputation per kill.
Simply place an Iron Sword into a furnace and smelt it. Doing this purifies your Iron Sword into a Silver Sword.
Against Werewolves, Silver Swords initially adds 2 DMG and then doubles the damage.
Against Vampires, Wooden Swords initially adds 3 DMG and then doubles the damage.

Holy Water can be created when a Human Priest takes a water bottle and right-clicks it onto the Light Altar core. It becomes Holy Water.
Washed Armor lowers the chance of getting infected in combat by 25% per Washed Armor piece. You can make Washed Armor of any kind of Armor regardless of material and slot type.

Purified Armor is an extension of Washed Armor. It has the same Washed properties of lowering the chance of infection, but also mitigates incoming damage by 2.5% per piece against Vampires, Werewolves, and Demons.
Have a Human Priest splash Holy Water on you while wearing Washed Armor and it will be blessed into Purified Armor. You will get a notification of each piece blessed.
You can only pick one Talent per row. Each row is a Tier and once you pick a Talent from a Tier, you're locked in and cannot choose the other Talents of the same Tier. The only way to pick other Taletns of that Tier is to reset your Talents in the Talents Menu and sacrifice 10% of your current Reputation.
Unlocks at 50 Reputation.
Vampire Pursuit
Your Vampire Tracker's range is increased by double.

Your Werewolf Tracker's range is increased by double.
Demon Pursuit
Your Demon Tracker's range is increased by double.
Unlocks at 100 Reputation.
Vampire Slayer
Your Wooden Stake takes a Vampire's Food Points by 2 FP.
Werewolf Slayer
Your Silver Sword does 40% more damage to Werewolves.
Demon Slayer

Unlocks at 150 Reputation.
Sun Armor
Increases your Purified Armor defense against Vampires by 10%.
Razor Resistance
Increases your Purified Armor defense against Werewolves by 15%.
Divine Protection
Increases your Purified Armor defense against Demons by 10%.
Unlocks at 200 Reputation.
Executioner
When a Vampire, Werewolf, or Demon reaches below 33% HP, they get Glowing and gain 15% more incoming damage if within 15 Blocks from you.
Guardian Angel
When you reach below 25%, you get a burst of healing for 5 HP. (This has a cooldown of 8 seconds.)
Fortify
Your Purified Armor takes 75% less durability damage caused by a Vampire, Werewolf, or Demon.
CIVILIAN
Every Human starts off as one and has no role.
PRIEST
Focuses on blessing and purifying items for Hunters and providing for Civilians.
HUNTER
Focuses on hunting supernatural races and feral mobs.
