Procedure

This is how we at Heaven Reborn handle our rule enforcement.

Discretion

Staff members are the one who decides how behavior align with the rules as well as interprate the rules. We ask that you trust us as we use our discretion to make the best call and minimize mistakes.

Staff members follow specific guidelines on punishments. Discretion is used to determine if there's a problem going on and how to mitigate it.

Verbal warnings may be given when you break a minor rule. Heed those warnings or it can turn into a punishment.


3 Strike Limit

Punishments are broken into three offenses. After the third offense, the punishment is to permanently mute or permanently ban them according to the scope. If it's Discord, it is a permanent ban from the Discord.

Your official warnings and punishments are recorded. This limit counts in order of all punishments, regardless of the type of punishment and the platform.


Concerns

If you have a concern or criticism with how the staff enforces the rules, feel free to submit it to the #suggestions forum on our Discord. It lets the community give their input and we will take your concern or criticism into consideration.

Do NOT spam the Minecraft or Discord chats with complaints about a decision made about the game or the rules. Use the #suggestions forum with constructive concerns or criticisms with elaborate points or don't say anything at all. It will be treated as spam.

Do NOT harass the staff about your concerns or criticisms. It will be treated as an infraction to the harassment rule and you WILL be punished if persistent.


Staff Hierarchy

Please don't skip the hierarchy when you need support. If it's something you need help with, use the #support channel if you have a general question or open a ticket under #tickets and open the appropriate ticket for your issue if it's a private matter. Tickets ping the entire staff upon creation.

Bug reports SHOULD always be submitted in a ticket to prevent other players from abusing the bug before it gets patched.

Do NOT direct message or ping the staff on Discord. Go through the proper channels. Messaging a staff member will most likely get you ignored.

Staff Order

When searching for a staff member, please find us in this order. The Owner should almost never be messaged unless it's extremely imperative.

  1. Helper Responds first to your concerns and questions.

  2. Mod Enforces the rules and keeps watch of rule breakers.

  3. Admin Focuses on big ger issues concerning the game and community.

  4. Co-Owner Maintains the communication between the community and the staff so we can provide a good experience.

  5. Owner Runs the overall operations of the network as well as develop the plugins and websites.
